Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed he's ordered Antonio Valencia to shoot on sight.

Cristiano Ronaldo was known for his ability to score from almost anywhere and £16million signing Valencia has hit four goals in seven games.

Boss Fergie said: "Valencia's improving but his lack of goals was an issue.

"We've encouraged him to shoot as much as he can because he's got a powerful shot."
