Man Utd boss Ferguson encouraged to bid for Mesut Ozil
Manchester United boss Sir Aex Ferguson is ready to bid for Mesut Ozil.
The Manchester Evening News says Ferguson looked to have slammed the door shut on new buys this week, saying there was no value in the transfer market.
But the news contract talks between Ozil and his club Werder Bremen have collapsed could see Fergie make a dramatic U-turn. The midfielder will be a free agent next summer after he and the Bundesliga club failed to come to an agreement over a new deal.
Talks ended without a solution according to Bremen’s sporting director Klaus Alofs. Ozil could sign a pre-contract agreement with a new club in January and leave for nothing at the end of the season.
Bremen do not, however, want to lose out on a financial windfall for the coveted 21-year-old and hope a cut-price fee of £12m might tempt buyers after originally pricing him at £25m.

If the price is 12million that is a bargin in this overrated market. Fergie get in there now. Also sell ***** Fletcher.
i think man united should bid for him..i think 18 million to 20 million is the right price for him...
this guy is like a silent assasin...and man united is already a great team but it would hurt to splash another 20 million on a good player
united shuld defonately get him for 12 mill thats a bargain and they should quickly do this deal before someone else get him i really want him to come to united arsenal he doesnt want to go der and if fabregas leaves youll be finishes thers not top class players der except fabregas and chelsea got other players they want to can get all the player so he shuld come to united if he wants to be a good player
