Man City won’t give up on AC Milan’s Flamini

Manchester City have not given up plans to sign AC Milan midfielder Mathieu Flamini.

The Guardian says City's hopes of signing Flamini have suffered a setback after the former Arsenal player indicated he was keen to remain in Serie A.

City, however, intend to speak to Milan in the next few days and their manager, Roberto Mancini, said he hoped it was still "possible" to arrange a loan deal.
