Man City to offer £20M for Toulouse star Sissoko

Toulouse star Moussa Sissoko is a £20 million target for Manchester City boss Mark Hughes.

The People says City have made Toulouse star Sissoko their leading target in the January transfer window and it is believed that super-agent Pini Zahavi is trying to engineer a transfer.

Powerhouse Sissoko was a target for Tottenham last summer but Spurs would not match Toulouse's sky-high valuation.

Sissoko, 20, has broken into the full France team this year and wants to play in England.

But Toulouse insist they are under no pressure to sell and will play hardball in an attempt to drive up the price beyond £25m.
