Liverpool boss Benitez: I do not care what press says

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has dismissed speculation in the press about his position and the club's ownership wrangles.

Ahead of tonight's clash with Portsmouth, Benitez was asked about press criticism following defeats against Wigan and Lille.

He said: "It doesn't matter what they say. The main thing for me is we have to perform, we have to win games, and we have to try to be in the top four."
