Sven-Goran Eriksson may move for Ishmael Miller after watching the West Bromwich Albion striker play for the reserves.

The Leicester boss was at Albion's training ground on Wednesday as Miller, who played under the Swede at Manchester City, scored twice in a 5-4 defeat to Chelsea.

Eriksson admitted that, as well as checking out who his team could come up against in the Carling Cup next week, he was also on the look-out for potential loan signings.

"It is a little bit of both. There were a lot of good football players out there and I wanted to see if there was something we could need," Eriksson told the Express & Star. "But also we are meeting West Brom so it was useful."

On Miller, the Swede added: "I know him. I had him before at Manchester City and he is a good player. But I haven't decided anything yet. We will see what happens."
