Le Havre continue fight with Man Utd over Pogba signing

Le Havre have vowed to carry on the fight with Manchester United over the transfer of 16-year-old Paul Pogba, reports the Daily Mail.

United announced on Wednesday that the deal had been approved by FIFA, but the French club have branded the ruling 'irrelevant' and an 'interim measure'.

It had been claimed that Pogba has been offered inducements to break his contract, which included payments to his parents, which was strenuously denied by United.

But Le Havre have hit back, saying: "FIFA have not "validated" the transfer of Paul Pogba but have, as they always do in these situations, issued a provisional international certificate.

"The decision of the international body is therefore a non-event and is normal procedure.

"This procedure has been followed in other cases, such as with (Charles) N'Zogbia or (Gael) Kakuta and today we know the result of each one of these cases."

Le Havre president Jean-Pierre Louvel confirmed the club would push forward with the case to FIFA's Dispute Resolution Chamber, insisting that the approval of the transfer did not prejudice the case.

Le Havre should be fined later for wasting everyone's time

Time to seek clarification through the courts I think now if they are dismissing the ruling passed by the governing bodies!

if your going to post under the name Tony Montana then you should well know the kill or be killed motto as far as tactics are concerned. The only thing this kid Pogba has proved @16 is that he is pretty tall. Kid prolly won't make it thru to the 1st team ever or we'll keep him and sell him to whatever crap team u support and make a profit
