Kuszczak wins praise from Man Utd boss Ferguson

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson praised Tomasz Kuszczak after his performance in goal for their 4-1 win at Portsmouth.

Kuszczak stepped in for Edwin van der Sar and pulled off several impressive saves at Fratton Park.

"In fairness to them, Portsmouth made some good chances," Ferguson told MUTV. "Tomasz has made three fantastic saves today so we owe him a debt because his performance was top notch, we’re pleased with him."
