Juventus revive interest for Man City striker Adebayor
Submitted by tribalfootball.com on Wed, 08/18/2010 - 08:39
Juventus are chasing Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor.
The Daily Mail says Juventus are lining up a loan move for unsettled Adebayor.
Edin Dzeko remains the Italian club's No 1 target, but there has been no breakthrough after weeks of talks with Wolfsburg for the Bosnia and Herzegovina international.
After sounding out Adebayor for a move, reports in Turin say Juve have been encouraged enough to put together an offer in case they finally admit defeat over Dzeko.

Adebayor would be a very good signing, he is quick, powerful and his game is suited perfectly for the new system. I would keep Trezeguet, because he is still is a goal every two games striker and given the right service he will always score. Iaquinta has had too many injuries recently and it's a shame because you won't find a harder working striker. I am delighted that Diego looks to be staying in Turin, because to sell him for a lot less than we bought him for would have been ridiculous. He is a class act and his goal against Milan in the TIM Trophe was magnificent. He will be a key player for the new Juve. Bastos or Elia would be very exciting and would provide loads of pace and excellent service from the left flank.
yeah but dzeko is the shit, although ur right he is out fo our reach this summer, I dont think we should get adebayour, he's useless, I like bastos but think elia makes better sense, younger and cheaper.
Offload Trez or Ia and get Adabayour. Keep Diego and get Bastos or Elia. Dzeko is too expensive!
