Juventus captain Del Piero desperate to break London hoodoo at Fulham

Juventus captain Alessandro del Piero admits he's yet to win in London ahead of tonight's Europa League tie with Fulham.

Juve go to Craven Cottage defending a 3-1 lead from the first-leg.

“It will be a very difficult game due to Fulham’s characteristics,” Del Piero wrote on his personal website.

“Of course we want to go forward in the competition, but must take every game as it comes and not look too far ahead. Obviously progress would be important both in terms of results and prestige.

“There is another reason I am eager to do well here, as I’ve always lost in London. I lost to Arsenal and Chelsea, but I have good memories of Old Trafford.”
