Mauro Camoranesi is setting his sights on being fit in time for the December 14 clash with AC Milan.

Camoranesi dislocated his shoulder in the weekend clash with Reggina, but protective strapping could help ensure that the midfielder is fit enough for what is shaping up as a critical encounter in both clubs' Serie A title hopes.

Speaking to Juventus Channel, Camoranesi said: “The Scudetto is not taboo, but nor should we kid ourselves. We need to carry on with the same determination.

“It is a very long season and only in February or March will we understand who out of Juve, Milan and Inter will be in the best shape for that final push.

“I think the key is to concede as few goals as possible. Last season we were less strong in defence, but things have changed now.

“We've got to find balance, have always played well regardless of our opponents. The team has improved from last year.”
