Adelaide United signing Inseob Shin says he is delighted to have made the move to Australia.

The 20-year old Korean recently signed a deal with the Reds after impressing in trials and is looking forward to his stay in Adelaide were he believes he can have a positive impact on the pitch.

“I love it here. From the moment I stepped into Australia it was like a picture in a frame. You can’t find these cities in Korea, I just love it here,” Shin said.

“I think it’s a big club, they really welcomed me and all I had to do for the trial was show myself, so I had nothing to lose.

“I honestly think I can (make an impact). I try to play creatively, I want to score goals, make assists, that’s the job for me during the game I think,” Shin added.

“I’ve seen some highlights of the A-League in Korea and watched some (of United’s) Asian Champions League games against K-League teams, and they played very well when they were runner up last year.”
