Portsmouth boss Avram Grant intends to keep hold of his backroom staff.
The Israeli has promised coaches Ian Woan and Paul Groves their jobs are safe despite Paul Hart's departure.
Grant said: "I am lucky because I was here as director of football so I have watched Paul and Ian in training and have been impressed with them. They will be staying.
"Ian and Paul will stay in the same positions they are now.
"I have only been here a few days so I think only about the short term and not about the long-term future but in each club I have had good results but also the team who stayed after me have done a good job."
