Fulham striker Zamora: Chelsea’s Carvalho like best of Serie A defenders

Fulham striker Bobby Zamora says he's ready to take on Juventus' defence after experiencing the defensive dark arts of Chelsea's Ricardo Carvalho.

Zamora is preparing to face Europa League opponents Juve tonight.

He said: "They are very clever at it. A lot of their game is very tactical, it’s an art in itself.

"The closest thing to playing against Italian sides in the Premier League is probably playing against Chelsea’s Ricardo Carvalho.

"He’s a very clever player, not overly strong or overly quick, but he knows when to foul at the right time."
