Fulham, Blackburn target Luis Garcia in Atletico Madrid talks

Fulham and Blackburn Rovers are ready to pounce for Atletico Madrid attacker Luis Garcia.

Garcia's agent has confirmed he's keen on a return to England, where he enjoyed success with Liverpool.

The attacking midfielder met with Atletico president Enrique Cerezo to discuss his situation and has been assured he won't be stopped from moving on should the right offer arrive.

Fulham, Blackburn and managerless West Brom are being linked with Garcia.
