Fulham, Blackburn target Luis Garcia allowed to leave Atletico Madrid

Luis Garcia has been cleared to leave Atletico Madrid.

The former Liverpool attacker favours a return to the Premiership, where Fulham and Blackburn Rovers are keen.

New West Brom boss Roberto di Matteo is also set to be offered the chance to sign Garcia for the new season.
