Premiership clubs will have to move quickly to land Atletico Madrid attacker Luis Garcia.
The Daily Mail says the 31-year-old former Liverpool player has been told he can leave Atletico Madrid and is keen to return to England.
He has been offered to Fulham, Blackburn Rovers and West Bromwich Albion, while Aston Villa are also said to be interested, but none has so far made a bid.
In the meantime, Zenit St Petersburg and Dinamo Moscow have made contact about bringing Garcia to Russia this summer.
