Ferguson declares Man Utd's Giggs greatest Premier League player

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson says Ryan Giggs is the Premier League's greatest ever player.

Ferguson told Inside United: "We've had a lot of top class players in this league and some have probably made more of an impact than Ryan - but nobody can boast the same sort of longevity and consistency.

"He was there when the league started and he's still there now. For that reason I think you'd have to say Ryan's the best. We've played him out wide in a few games because he's fresh at the moment. It's the beginning of the season, he's got plenty of running in him and he can do a lot of damage in the wide position.

"But I think you'll find that as the season progresses he'll move back into the middle of the park where he can dictate the games."

you need to stop bringing up decade-old games to try to make yourself sound like more of a fan than you actually are. And yes there have been better goals that that

Cheats get to be knighted? Oh man, UK knighthood seems to be in the shambles now. Well actually it is shat a long time ago!

That explains Sir Alex Faggotson & if-to-be "Sir" Giggs. The SIR CHEATs!! LOL!
