Rio Ferdinand has revealed how Manchester United teammate Michael Owen has been blown away by Sir Alex Ferguson's man-management.

Speaking at a charity evening for his Live the Dream Foundation, Ferdinand says Owen is amazed by Ferguson's motivational powers.

He said: "Michael has heard a few managers but when he came out having heard the boss he said 'Bloody hell'. He was amazed."
