Former Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini is being linked with Guus Hiddink's job as Russia coach.

Their failure to qualify for the 2010 World Cup, losing the play-off to Slovenia on the away goals rule, is likely to end Hiddink’s reign.

Mancini is being linked with the post, having enjoyed a big profile in Russia after also attracting interest from Zenit St Petersburg.
