Everton target Lestienne rejects Man City trials

Maxime Lestienne has turned down trials at Manchester City.

The Excelsior Mouscron midfielder is a target for City and Everton after impressing scouts this season.

Mouscron has granted an approach from Everton for Lestienne to trial at Goodison Park. However, Belgian reports say the teen has rejected a similar offer from City.

Lestienne believes for the moment, his career is best served by staying with Mouscron.
