Everton planning tough reception for Chelsea’s Terry

Everton boss David Moyes has revealed that Chelsea skipper John Terry can expect a tough time at Goodison Park on and off the pitch.

Moyes says that Toffees fans will not be sympathetic for Terry’s current situation and will target him in an attempt to put him off his game.

“I think it's football - supporters at any club will try to unsettle players if they can by targeting them... it happens," the Everton boss admitted.

"But who knows what will happen. Chelsea might not even let him play."

He also stated that if Terry does play, he will have his hands full with a rejuvenated Louis Saha, who was been in dangerous for in recent times.

“Louis is real quality, and on his day there will be many centre backs saying he's as difficult a centre forward to play against as there is - and those days are becoming more and more," Moyes added.

"He's got undoubted quality, and there are many managers who will tell you Louis is amongst the top strikers in the Premier League.

"What I'm looking for now is for him to contribute more goals, because a lot of them came in the early part of the season.

"He has great talent and ability, and does thrive on a lot of confidence. He needs that and self belief, and we've shown a lot of confidence in him in keeping him here, because we know what he can do."
