Everton defender Senderos not surprised by Chelsea success for Ancelotti

Everton defender Philippe Senderos isn't surprised by Carlo Ancelotti's success at Chelsea.

Senderos, on-loan at Everton from Arsenal, spent last season with Ancelotti at AC Milan.

"I know him very well," Senderos told evertonfc.com.

"He's a great manager, a great man and I'm not surprised they are doing well because he knows how to deal with the players and even if there are big stars he knows how to talk to them.

"You can see he was a player himself and he knows how to deal with the characters in the team."
