Michael Essien was delighted for Gael Kakuta after he made his Chelsea debut on Saturday.

Kakuta was given a second-half cameo in Chelsea's 4-0 victory over Wolves.

Essien, who struck twice in the win, said of the French youngster: “As you can see this afternoon he is a very good player, he has a long way to go and he has a great future with Chelsea so hopefully he can keep going like that and get into the first team.”
