England chief Baldini linked with Juventus role

England team manager Franco Baldini is being linked with Juventus.

The former Roma sports chief is a target for Juve as they seek to overhaul their football staff.

Tuttosport says for the first time since Luciano Moggi was removed in the Calciopoli scandal, Juve will employ a director general.

The favourite is Sampdoria’s Beppe Marotta, who has repeatedly denied he will leave Marassi. Baldini is also in the frame.
