Chelsea ace Didier Drogba clattered into teammate Michael Essien during last night's victory for Ivory Coast over Ghana.

Ghana skipper Essien - who is only just back from a hamstring injury - went off on a stretcher following Drogba's second-half challenge.

He returned after treatment but limped through the closing minutes as Ivory Coast booked their place in the African Nations Cup last eight.
