Iain Dowie will bring in his own staff at Hull City today.
The Sun says he will be unveiled as Hull's new boss this morning.
The Tigers moved for Dowie after being snubbed by Mark Hughes, Alan Curbishley, Gary Megson and Portsmouth's Avram Grant.
Dowie, who brings in ex- Bolton No 2 Steve Wigley and former England keeper Tim Flowers as his assistants, will be charged with saving City from relegation - starting on Saturday at Pompey.
If he keeps Hull up, he will be rewarded with a massive £1million bonus and a long-term contract.
