Deco convinced Chelsea can win Treble

Chelsea midfield ace Deco reckons they can win the Treble this season.

The Blues lead the Premiership, remain in the FA Cup and also face Jose Mourinho's Inter Milan in the Champions League.

Deco told The Sun: "To win the Champions League is never easy. We lost to Barcelona in the semi-finals last time but Chelsea can make the final this season.

"In Europe we always say that each match is the final - this is the mentality exhibited by the coach. Facing Jose Mourinho and Inter Milan in the next round will be very special.

"I am a friend of his but, like any professional would do, my objective is to knock the Italians out of the competition.

"Carlo Ancelotti is a big coach himself and nobody doubted this from the time he arrived last summer. It was clear to the entire squad from the very first day due to his character, the sacrifices he is prepared to make and his work every day.

"I do think Chelsea are favourites to win the treble. The FA Cup is a beautiful trophy and our dream is to get to the final.

"Other big clubs are already out and, with respect to our rivals, this gives us a good chance along with the Premier League and Champions League."

I Think We Can Do As Deco Says If We Become More Consistent... The Match Against Hull Was A Collosal Disaster!

Footballers make me laugh. On the other hand, how is this
news? Of cse, a player's gonna say that we have a chance to win
all 3. However, given our poor recent form against relegation battlers
in the Prem and the tuff field that remains in the CL I dunno know if we
can win either. About the only trophy I'm confident of is the FA Cup,
now that some of the better sides are out. Despite all the hype, we
have yet to win a CL and we've succumbed to ManU the past 3 yrs in
the Prem. I'm not confident...sorry...
