Falkirk boss John Hughes admits they're in a relegation battle after yesterday's 4-2 defeat by Hearts.
He said: "There is no doubt we are in a relegation battle. I think the expectations of last year are hampering us and, believe it or not, one or two of them are trying too hard.
"I am honest enough to tell you we are in a relegation battle.
"As soon as they realise that we will be better for it and the expectation levels will drop off.
"I will say this to our supporters, right at this moment in time we are struggling a wee bit, don't get on the boys' back.
"Support them because we need a hand. They are a great bunch of supporters, they will do that and we will come through."
