While Frank Rijkaard was known for his laid-back ways, Guardiola is publicly demonstrative and was spotted at the end of training yesterday in heated conversation with Thierry Henry for fifteen minutes.

Twice Henry attempted to end things by walking away, only for Guardiola to grab him by the arm and continue the chat, says Sport. The Frenchman also tried to appeal his side of things, gesturing with his hands, but Guardiola continued to lead the conversation.
