Freak injury setback for Chelsea keeper Cech

The freak injury occurred when team-mate, defender Tal Ben Haim, struck the Czech international in the face with his studs, reports Sportsmail online.

In a statement on the official website, the Stamford Bridge club added: "Petr will begin his rehabilitation immediately and we hope to have him back playing as soon as possible."

Cech has been out of action since the beginning of March with an ankle injury suffered in training.
