It doesn't matter if it was not studs up or aimed at the player. Giggs was not in control once both feet left the ground and he did make contact with the player from behind! It could have snapped Aguero's leg in two. The right leg comes back towards Aguero whilst the left leg goes forward in a scissors action. Obviously no one is bothered, though because it is by a United player against a City player!
