I don't think a team should be judged only on one game. Man City is constantly increasing its reputation around Europe, the team is 1st in Premier League, scored many goals, Champions League is though and it's only the first year they are playing this competition, don't take it for granted.. also the round they're in with Bayern, Napoli and Villareal is the toughest one..
I personally think that in a team all the players have to shut up and do what their coach tells them to do, there are always time and opportunities to discuss the problems in the lockers, where no one can see the freak show that these players put on. A winning team starts from there and everyone must play their part: the club, manager and players.
Then you can discuss if it was right or wrong to change Dzeko with De Jong, but when De Jong goes in watching Dzeko's reaction, for sure he doesn't feel confidence and support from his team mate.. and this is bad for a team..
