Arsenal seem to be going backwards right now, simply because the other teams are strengthening. I admire Wenger´s attitude to loyalty, but players really don´t feel the same anymore. He needs to sign some players and release those that really don´t have the club at heart anymore. Look at United, they won the Premiership and got to the Champs League final last year, but Fergie realised he was woefully short when it really mattered and players needed replacing......he´s done exactly that, which will culminate in Sneijder signing for Utd by next monday (by all accounts and finally bring that particular saga to an end....thank God). Who will win the title next year???.....Utd of course because they have the infra-structure....just like Barca have in Spain as well. City have got great individuals, but THEY don´t care about City, they care about their pay packets, plus too many ego´s (just like Real Madrid). Chelsea will go through a transition period but probably have the best structure to rival Utd with players (albeit ageing ones) who actually CARE about the club. Liverpool are a country mile away from winning ANYTHING (Downing a world class player?....don´t make me laugh) that leaves Spurs (good team and on their day capable of beating anyone) but they will not be consistent enough. TOP FOUR in this order: United (probably by 15 pts this time), Chelsea, City then Spurs.
