It pisses me off when players/coaches from countries outside the US where the game is called FOOTBALL, go to the US and feel compelled to refer to the game as soccer, just because the Americans call it that. Surely it is not such an imposition for the Americans to understand that the game is football almost everywhere else outside the US and it is they who are out of step with the rest of the world. Ferguson and others should not buckle to this ridiculous expectation and should always call the game football even when in the US.
