Arsene Wenger deserves this award hands down, there is no comparison, any coach with a lot of Money can buy expensive players and could make a good team, and thats what it is with the likes of Alex and Jose Mourinho, but having a team with limited budget and finding new talent and being consistently good is an amazing achievement. This current team is a team like that nuturing young talent and getting the best out of them thats Wenger, if anyones knows then let me tell you he paid Ashravin approx 14 million pounds and guess what he is still the most expensive player in the entire team.Winning is not everything but playing the game like its supposed to be played to entertain the true football fan (Barcelona is the only other team in the world that does that) is what football is all about.Watching these Kids beat Men thats what life all about, and lastly just to let everyone know Arsene was judge as coach of the decade by other coaches and ex players (all peers), so that make it even more special.
