If this is an injury that won't just clear up in a few days (which I hope it isn't) it might just give David Bentley, who's apparently back fit now, the chance to get on the pitch and hopefully get some crosses in for Peter Crouch. He'll have to do better than he did against Arsenal though.

Stewart Downing is doing quite well this season, but by no means is he anywhere near as good as Ashley Young now. Young has to start on the left in my opinion; ahead of Cole or Downing or whoever, though with Adam Johnson on the right and Bent upfront on his own.
