Chinese Super League champions Shandong Luneng march on

Recently crowned Chinese Super League champions Shandong Luneng notched up yet another win on the weekend.

Their 2-0 result at Changsha Ginde was their 17th triumph in 29 matches and allowed them to go 12 points clear of Shanghai Shenhua who were held to a goalless draw by Qingdao Jonoon.

In other CSL matches, Nanchang Bayi won 2-0 at Jiangsu Shuntian, Beijing Guoan overcame a horrendous start to haul in Liaoning Hongyun to force a 2-2 draw afetr trailing by two goals after five minutes, Chongqing Lifan and Changchun Yatai played a 1-1 draw, Tianjin Teda defeated Shaanxi Chanba 3-1, Hangzhou Lucheng won 1-0 at home against Henan Jianye whilst Dadlian Shide and Shenzhen Ruby drew 0-0.
