Chiellini upbeat about Juventus improvement

Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini is upbeat over their looming campaign.

Chiellini was pleased with their 2-0 Europa League win at Shamrock Rovers on Thursday.

"The risks run by our defence during the match were really few,” Chiellini said. “We have been working on this aspect a lot with the mister.

“After two years in which we have conceded many goals, Del Neri's first thought has been that of rendering this team compact.

“The path taken is the right one. We all want to do well and we are finding a good level of organisation, but the road is still long."
