Chelsea to pounce as fed-up Vucinic wants out of Roma
Leggo says Vucinic is upset with the way he has been treated this season by coach Claudio Ranieri and is ready to move on.
The Montenegro international is angry seeing Adriano and Marco Borriello arrive in the summer on bigger contracts.
Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester City are all keen to bring Vucinic to the Premier League and the player, himself, has confessed: "The English league is one of the most beautiful in the world. Who would not want to play there?"
Roma are open to selling, particularly with new financial reports revealing a debt of €20 million.
