Chelsea’s Terry demands contract talks with Abramovich

Chelsea captain John Terry has demanded talks with club owner Roman Abramovich in regards to his future.

Chelsea captain John Terry has demanded talks with club owner Roman Abramovich in regards to his future.

The England international has been long linked with a move to Manchester City and despite the fact Chelsea had rejected two offers, there is still a chance he may move.

An insider close to Terry said that he felt insulted by the fact the Blues had not discussed anything with him after turning down a £30 million bid from City.

"John feels betrayed and even unwanted,” said the insider.

"It's unbelievable - even though he's the club captain and one of the Blues' most important players, senior management at the club haven't once tried to talk to him.

"John wants to know what's going on and, more importantly, whether Chelsea actually want to keep him or cash in while they have a chance."
