Roberto Mancini
Roberto Mancini was born on the 27th of November in 1964 in Jesi, Italy. Roberto played as a Striker in Italy and England with the bulk of his career being played at Sampdoria.Roberto also represented the Italian national side as a player. After his playing career Roberto went on to managing where he also managed teams in Italy and currently in England with Manchester City.
History
Roberto began his youth career at Bologna where he then went on to make his professional debut. After a stint at Bologna Roberto was signed to Sampdoria where he played the bulk of his career from 1982 - 1997. Roberto then transferred to Lazio playing for three years before moving to Leicester city where he ended his playing career. Starting as an assistant Roberto began his managing career with Lazio before moving on for a head manager role at fiorentina where he won the coppa Italia. Roberto returned to Lazio as head manager before moving onto Inter Milan where he had great success. Currently Roberto is the manager at Manchester city in England.
