After Parma Carlo then went on to Roma where he spent the bulk of his playing career before moving to Ac Milan and ending it there. As a Manager Carlo has also been very succesful currently Managing Chelsea

As a player Carlo had lots of success winning 3 Serie A titles with his clubs in Italy, as well as 4 Coppa Italia's, 1 Super cup, 2 European Cups, 2 Uefa Super cups and 1 Intercontinental Cup. As a Coach he has managed some of the biggest clubs In Italy and England, Currently at Chelsea in his first year as coach he has already won the Premier League, FA Cup and Community Shield.
