Brisbane Roar midfielder Erik Paartalu is determined to keep the four-match unbeaten run at Suncorp Stadium alive when the Melbourne Heart come to town on Saturday.

The Roar have won two and drawn one at the venue so far this season and along with their January 30 win over Sydney FC have taken their tally to four matches without a loss at home.

Paartalu said it was important to maintain a good record at home but was wary of a very dangerous Heart outfit.

“We’ve got to be positive and keep playing our football and let teams worry about us when they come to our home ground,” Paartalu said.

“They’ve got quite a few good players and some experienced heads but we’ve got experienced boys as well who have played for the Socceroos so we can’t forget that.

“They’ve got (John) Aloisi back and he scored on the weekend so they pose a threat up front.

“We’ll try and break them down with our passing game like we have done with other teams.

“Hopefully we can finish off our chances and get a few goals in.”
