Brescia president Corioni will take Inter Milan point

Brescia president Gino Corioni had mixed emotions after their 1-1 draw with Inter Milan.

Only an extremely harsh Samuel Eto'o penalty earned Inter a point in their 1-1 with Brescia.

The Rondinelle were coming off five consecutive defeats, but threatened to defeat Inter in the Lombardy derby.

“Certainly before kick-off we’d have been happy with a draw, but we played in an organised fashion and if we had won then we wouldn’t have stolen anything,” said President Corioni.

“You cannot deny the difference in quality between the teams, but the truth is that penalty decided the result.”
