Arsenal academy boss Liam Brady admits he envies today's young players at the club.
The former Gunners and Juventus star told the Daily Mail: "'I was 15 when Arsenal took me on, whereas the current crop have been with the club since they were nine.
"They have been at our academy, working with very good coaches, having the benefit of the best facilities and being made aware of what is required to make it as a footballer. I am glad so many have listened and got on so well, but I can't help thinking I would have been better player with that sort of start."
