Borriello has no doubts about AC Milan squad

AC Milan striker Marco Borriello insists the current squad will be competitive this season.

Borriello denies they will be also rans.

“I am happy with what we showed, especially in defence,” said Borriello, after scoring against Lyon yesterday.

“It’s a very important part of football today. I believe in this squad, of course Inter are the side to beat, but with Nesta, Thiago Silva and Ronaldinho Milan can have our say.

“These are players with feet worthy of the Ballon d’Or and with them at 100 per cent fitness we can make an impact this season.”
