Bolton ready for new squad rules - Coyle
Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle says they'll cope with the Premier League's new squad laws.
New rules state that Coyle must shortlist a maximum of 25 players, eight of which must fulfil the ‘home-grown quota,’ which means they must have been registered with an English or Welsh club for at least three years between their 16th and 21st birthday.
“I think numbers-wise, we’ll be fine,” Coyle told the Bolton News. “We certainly don’t have any problems on the home-grown front.
“I’ll have to name 25 players and I think at that time you’ll find that one or two senior players won’t be in there.
“I’ve been honest and open with them, so I don’t anticipate any problems when that comes about.”
