Blackburn's Tugay leads veteran PL goalscorers
According to reports Blackburn veteran Tugay will retire at the end of the season, but until then the 38-year-old former Turkey international is currently the oldest player in the Premier League to have scored this season.
He joins PFA Player of the Year Ryan Giggs in the list of golden oldies.
Giggs has scored in every Premier League season so far, but he still has some way to go to claim former team-mate Teddy Sheringham's accolade as the oldest goal-scorer in Premier League history.
Sheringham was 40 years and 268 days old when he hit the target for West Ham in a 2-1 loss at home to Portsmouth on December 26, 2006.
