Blackburn Rovers have been told they must cough up a fee for PSG midfielder Jerome Rothen.

The Times says Rovers have inquired about Rothen, a left-sided winger, who would cost up to £2.5 million.

Rothen wants to quit French football this summer and is keen on a move to Ewood Park.
